• 24/7 Supervision. STS has a continuous supervision service in Santa Ana, Herradura, Jaco, Playa Hermosa, Esterillos, Quepos, Manuel Antonio, Dominical and Uvita. 

• Local Supervisors. Our supervisors are assigned locally and not regionally. This means that you receive more attention and excellent quality of security service.

• Visits to security posts. Supervisors visit security posts as part of their day and night routine. They check our security guards preparedness  and training. They also are in charge of additional training, providing support during emergency, check the security log files and provide routine reports to clients and management.

• Certified Supervisors  (80 hours course). All our supervisors were security guards. Supervisor course focus on leadership, human resource management, investigation and reporting, computer skills and emergency situation.

Our supervisors use new patrol vehicles. Toyota Hilux and Honda Motorcycles.
